Brief Machine Introduction

Our SD80-L53x2 Sugar cone baking equipment is built with a durable steel structure and #304 stainless-steel casting, controlled by SIEMENS/DELTA PLC system. With a capacity of 5,500-6,000pcs per hour, it ensures stable production of standard 110mm size sugar cone (in length) for ice cream filling.

By using special choosen heat-resistant cast iron for our baking plates, which provides excellent insulation and reduces gas consumption to as low as 14-16kg per hour. Help our customers save energy and reduce costs

Equipped with two batter injection system, our machine can make both one color cone and two-tone cone. Make customers' products more diverse.
